A disc brake conversion is just welding/bolting on the caliper brackets right?

Im still learning on major axle swaps... i don't consider a hp30 an axle swap at all and an 8.8 is cake to get under a zj.

Some setups use weld on brackets, others use bolt on brackets (like Ruffstuff, DIY4x, etc). Once the brackets are on, pretty much everything just bolts into place. Other than tapping the wheelstuds through the rotors/hubs and plumbing the system that is.

I can see if I can find them online for you. They are 16.5x12. They were just some used wheels I had laying around. I cleaned them up and painted them. came out good and fit good. might do some DIY locks on them in the future

What's the steering setup look like on the passenger side? Wondering why you didn't flip the tie-rod.

One bead locked out of two is better than none out of two. 16.5 wheels are never ideal but they can be made to work. One of my buddies also had success with some roofing tar (Napa also sells a dedicated bead sealant) on his inner bead. Given it was on 15" wheels, but that stuff is semi-permanent.
