Finally got my ZJ done the way I wanted, after many years of up grades.
Dynatrac front D44 Heavy duty larger rotors and calipers/ Rear ProRock D60, 5x5.5 bolt, high pinion reverse rotation with ARBs, 4.88 gears
Currie Currectlync Steering system & custom steering brace.(like it a lot)
Procomp MX6
Custom drive shaft
NP231 Transfer case (Why didn't I swap it earlier!)
Rubican Express Long Arm kit (had a few bad customer service experiences)with Acos, total 7~8" lift.
35"12.5"15" MTR (like my old Procomp Extreme Mud better) with Beadlock black steel wheels 3.75" back space.
Addco front & Currie AntiRock rear swaybars (Addco front bar need to be relocated forward to avoid binding to front springs, Addco rear sway bar will bind to the rear springs no matter what, trashed! switch to Antirock and it rocks).
ARB front bumper with winch, rear KOR Stealth bumper with tire carrier (powder coated)
KOR sliders & roof rack & transfer case skid
Projection head light and 6 additional Hellas (do I really need them???)
Fitch catalyst (sucks!)
KNN FIPK
Jet module & thermostate
EBC yellow stuff break pads (good stuff!)
Custom exhaust to adapt to the lift, Magnaflow cat converter
3 rows radiator with heavy duty fan clutch and hood louvers
4XD gas tank skid (high guality sh%t)
KOR rear bumper gives the rear a lot of clearance so we can move the rear suspension backwards more. Which clear the 35" without trimming & make the car more stable the freeway. ( Fully use the long arms at the rear)
The car now drives better, brakes a whole lot better, turns better (a lot lighter steering), doesn't wonder around on the freeway, make a lot less noise (except the new brake pads). And finally, "zero" vibration anywhere!!

That's a clean rig. I like that KOR bumper, if only it wasn't so much.
Nice lookin rig!
Thats one of the nicest looking zj i seen, You should be very proud. now lets see it in action
Very nice rig, well done.
done?
it's never done!
Yea, I'm with Maxx, no rig is ever done.
Looks nice though.
Also, a Jeep isn't a car....
Really nice. You've obviously invested some serious change there.
Curious why you went with the Dynatrac 44 front when their front 60 is cheaper?
damn that looks almost to good to wheel. As a side note if you wheel it hard keep an eye on the rear track bar mount. I know mine kept breaking till I reinforced/welded the piss out of it.

Bitchin ZJ man! That thing looks very nice. Have you gotten a chance to test all that hardware offroad yet?...lets see some action shots.
as soon as I finish paying off my debt and stop working on weekends. I will go wheeling
a lot of ppl have 60s in there rigs its all about how much you wanna cut and fab i guess
Very, very nice. Now take it wheelin!!
thats clean
It's very hard for me to whip out a few thousand dollars to buy something that the manufacture even said don't do it or you are on your own. There is no return policy on custom built axle. Plus it is not depand on how much you want to cut, it's how much higher you want to lift your ZJ and how long of bump stops you like to have. For me, my ~8" is already very high for me.
very sweet man, i remember seeing this on JF. Probaly my favorite built zj ive seen
Lot of money in that rig, damn fine pc of equipment no doubt
Why after all that work did you leave the trac-bar under axle?
I understand your stance on that, but even if you do factor in the response improvement from connecting directly to the knuckle with the draglink, you just can't argue out the fact that inverted Y is only a superior system when the draglink is very close to parallel to the tie rod, soon as you throw those angles off via a lifted rig, inverted Y steering has way more flaws then benefits IMHO
Where as inverted T's only drawback is the dead spot created from the rotation of the tierod, dial that out & I don't see anyway that inverted does not trump inverted Y
And even though I knew what you meant by crossover (inverted T), true crossover has all the benefits of inverted Y AND inverted T, and a D44 allows you to do true crossover very easily!
Not really, but this should explain it;
Inverted Y is what TJ'z, ZJ's, MJ,s, & XJ's have stock
Inverted T is what YJ's and alot of late 70's fullsize Ford F-150's use stock (JCR offroad's "1 ton" steering is also an example of this)
True crossover is what most CJ's & WJ's use stock
