I havent decided yet. I really hope I can.
I also might be heading up to sodona for a 5 day trip at the end of august.
Depends where i am financially. And if the jeep is still in one piece lmao.
FINALLY got around to lowerin it back down to where i want it. Now i need to redo my rear shock mounts and rebumpstop all 4 corners
It wheels awesome, and rides great on the highway cruises at 70 withcruise control on better then stock
AND believe it or not Im getting 15mpg with this bad boy. love it.
what gears?
4.10
Once i swap to 5.13 Ill be kissing my milage goodbye again
Last I saw Chris Bassett's rig online, it was painted baby blue I think. I know he sold it a long time ago, but I'm not sure where/who to. I can't find his page, it was still online a couple of months ago. I think it was hosted on off-road.com or something.
Btw OP, great looking rig.
I like that! Blurry as shit picture, but I like it! haha
lmao yeah my phone has greasy hand prints off over it so it takes shitty pics at the moment.
Thx for the compliments,
Spacers worked great Tyler, Might be bad mojo having an upside down jeep molded into my suspension tho lmao
haha just tell people it's a "Rock On" sign
Sweet rig bud. Done a lot of wheeling out your way for Search and Rescues, even had to cross the Tonto last February when mine was stock and had water almost up to the windows (normally wouldn't do something so dumb, but the guy had been missing 3 days).
Hopefully I see you around out there, I am sure I will do some quail hunting out that way this year.
Sweet, Not really any wheelin out here, just alot of dirt roads. I just drive down to tucson/florence when i go wheelin. Let me know next time your around. Im on the east end of the lake. I manage Kachina Repair behind the spring creek store.
Yeah the wheeling out there is really mild, more scenic than anything. Most of my wheeling is out around Saguaro, Canyon and Florence; we are heading out to Elvis and a couple others Wednesday night but won't have my rig since I am riding bish and helping a buddy get used to wheeling the buggy he just bought.
I will try to stop in the next time I am out that way. By any chance are you also part of VJC locally?
I try to avoid VJC. Too much BS, but I am registered on the forum under the same username, use it for the forsale section.

Nice lookin rig!!
Now I know what mine would look like....
LOL!!!
Found the link to Basset's old ZJ: http://home.comcast.net/~bassettsbeast/index.htm
that brings up teh memories! I like his OBA setup.... might just copy that one.
Remounted the rear shocks for more uptravel. I know not the best way to do it but its the only way to make my long ass shocks work without buying new ones. When new shock time comes i will be scrapping these mounts, and trianglating them again
Flexing to check clearances
Heres some updated pics of rock light coverage
I think the next "Supporting Member Giveaway" should be a new camera. And zj95 should win it.....AGAIN!
bwhahaha i wish. I would use my digital camera but they are expensive and ive broken 2 in the shop so I stopped bringing them to the shop.
