Grand Slam East is a Grand Cherokee ONLY trail ride with trails with the ratings of stock, intermediate to advanced. There will be three guides for three levels of trails each day. No experience is necessary to attend and the guides will help you with any questions or problems you may have. Trails cover many different types of terrain all within minutes of your campsite. You will see anything from dirt roads, mud, rocks, trees, and hills, as well as spectacular views of the West Virginia and Virginia mountains surrounding the trails and campground. All trails are immediately adjacent to the campground.

The event is held within the Big Dog Productions' Grand Slam event. All of their paperwork, fees, and rules apply to the 2006 Grand Slam East.

All Grand Cherokees in the group will be camping together. The cost of camping and/or land use is $35(per person), $10 for children less than 3 feet tall, for the event. This additional fee is payable upon arrival and must be paid whether camping or not.

There are hot showers and flush toilets. The nearest hotel is 30 minutes away and a motel is 15 minutes away.

Also available is a large lake for swimming with a beach and volleyball. A band will play on Saturday night and prizes from the many sponsors will be given away.

TOW HOOKS and FULL SIZE SPARE are MANDATORY,
please make sure you have them. Skid plates are highly recommended. For the more difficult trails, lifted suspensions, larger tires, and rocker panel protection is recommended.

CB's are a good idea, but they're not mandatory.

You will receive all other necessary information after you register.

Please get your reservation in early and let me know if you have any questions.
