Ok i got my PSC Motorsports 621MR Steering Box installed and went to screw in the power stearing lines and they seem to be different fittings from the lines to the box did i miss something am I stupid or what???????
Jeep down need help!!!!!!!
When i installed mine i noticed that one fitting is bigger. When i did put them in one was a pita, it has to be perfectly ligned up and have pressure in order to thread the fitting.
So Are you saying that the factory fittings worked and you just had to push on them to get them in or you used different fittings and they were a pain to get in?????????Originally Posted by BLK97ZJ
Mine bolted right up. The high pressure fitting did leak a tad though like the fitting in the box was not deep enough. I finally used yellow teflon tape to stop it.
the stock ones worked just not as easily to screw in as they were into a stock box
Mines not even close to fitting the fitting on the High press is not deep enough to even get a thread started man my luck sucks!!
Will be calling PSC on monday!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Just got off the phone with PSC and they sent me the wrong box.
Now I get to pull the wrong box out and wait for the right one.
Just my Luck!!!!!!!!!!!!
That sucks.
Sry to hear that.

When I ordered a box from them for my truck, they sent it to Alaska... to an old address that I hadn't been at for a while. They had sent me a tracking #, and I look it up... WTF, Anchorage, AK!
Ended up being a hassle to get a box to my address... which I gave to them when I ordered it.... here in Idaho. Old address was from when I ordered a box for the Jeep.
Can't remember the managers name but he was borderline rude the entire time. I ended up having to pay for 2 boxes and they refunded my $$ for one after it came back to them minus the cost of shipping to AK ... Took a few calls to get the shipping money as well.
