These were taken in May, but I haven't had my computer with the picture resizer to modify the pictures I've taken since April. So cut me just a little slack. I bent both my rock sliders (thanks to the fact I installed them without cutting the pinch seam) and hit the crossmember once. Oh yeah, I broke the steering stabilizer bolt on this run too.
In case you were wondering I just drove the Jeep to Alaska so that's why I've been a little slack as well.
Here's where I bent the sliders, if it weren't for them, I would've lost my mirror, and lots of other driver's side parts.
I wasn't really getting traction well thanks to the off camber issue there.
And I'm finally out of that mess.
Showing the crossmember it's not left out.
Finally a flex off between a Rubicon and a ZJ. You can decide for yourself who won.
And for our funny pic of the trip. It was this 16 yr old's first time in a Jeep, and first time in a vehicle that was using 4x4.
I found it funny that I went through that spot without a wheel coming off the ground and his was rockin'. If it weren't for the lockers we would've pushed it out of that spot.
I wheeled a little hard seeing that I left AZ only two days after these pics were taken.
Hey, dont know if you ever check this anymore but i used to see you driving around DM and we practically had the same jeep i was wondering where you went, hows alaska treatin ya? sorry i never got to wheel with you when you were still here... heres a pic of my jeep
