i still thikn its too high...
How did you not roll stadnign striaght up like that!!!??
Well you think right. But it doesn't mean it wasn't stable as hell. This thing is like 96" wide or so from outside wheel to outside wheel. Made it up the rest of the way to. I am mainly lowering it becuase I couldn't see a damn thing but my fucking hood the whole trip, plus it will be that much more stable in situations like that. I have some video clips. Just need to get the from my buddy. It will be coming down about 6".Originally Posted by jeep4x4nut

Ever since you "finished" that thing, I've always thought it was super high.. The body's pretty and all, but lose some fender and gain the COG advantage you're forfeiting right now. Just my two copper coins.
ya, that thing is tall. Looks like you had fun. Coming back for GSW?
wrong line on escalator BTW not sure how you did that at 96" wide lol
Funny that you said that. I asked the same question while I was up there. Where you taking me Todd, (that was my spotter). Got me threw it though, and made for a good pic. I assume I should have gone left, made a little more difficult for myself I guess. LOL.Originally Posted by Cody
And I would really like to get back for GSW. I need to install my bead locks and lower the rig. I need to talk to the wife. I didn't confirm so I am really not registered, but I might be around with another buddy in a built scrambler. So I am hoping to hook up with you guys.

the key is to stay about 4 inches further to the passenger side than you think you need to be. Stay pretty high on that wall and you'll be golden.
did you drive back down it? thats a good time too.
Cody
I backed down a little. and moved 4" or so, like you explained. Cake walk from there. Went right up.
I'm prepared to show Matt and Kraqa some real shit this year...time for you guys to see what some of the more difficult spots in moab are like.

For sure. I ahve some big convincing to do with the wife. That past week was expensive. But I really want to go back..Originally Posted by OverkillZJ
Yep, Moab gets in your blood and you start Jonesing about five mile on the way home. Take your wife and get her addicted too, then it is somewhat easier.Originally Posted by Tommy
A little over a month before I get back over there for some more slickrock.
Really nice pictures, post more...
Thanks. As soon as I get my pics uploaded I will post what I have. There are also other pics floating around from other people I was with that I need to round up. The wife was with me and had a great time. It was really her first wheeling experience so she got a bit freaked at some instances. But she is rather stoked about it. She wants me to build her a rig now. I already have in my what I want to do. A few more things planned for the ZJ then onto hers.
Hmm... didn't see your ZJ there.
I saw a blue ZJ with white tube on a GN trailer, not sure who's that was?
Here's a few pics a professional photographer took

I was there all week from Monday to Saturday. I left Saturday morning to get back to Temecula for Easter, for my daughters. I didn't see that other ZJ you mentioned, would have been cool. Actually stayed at the River Canyon Lodge.
Yeah I was there from Wednesday to yesterday. Stayed at the KOA campground. I was hoping I'd run into someone from this web board, but there were so many people there it was nuts!
Dunno about the rigs on the 2nd page. Wasn't the same time we were there.

Nice Rig!! Tons of flex. Good to see all the hard work pay off.
Here's the stuff I took at EJS. Had a ton of fun and can't wait to get back. We were there from the 9th to the 12th. Ran Top of the World, Gemini Bridges, Fins n Things, and Hells Revenge. Now time to start winching for GSW; should be a whole new animal!!
