    Thnx

All correct, as for the muffler it is home made by Mav ©
There are a few pic's here in this thread.

What have we done lately, well not much.
After all it is my vacation
Earlier this month I "lifted" the hood
Used squarre tube for this 40*40*2 220 long, all millimetrs

Also started on a pair off mini ramps, to help fine-tuning the "flex" later on.
Used corner 30*30*3 and bar 40*5(all millimeters again)

Tested by Beest, watch the Mallcrawlin.com sticker.

After some minor adjustments, the final result.

Because there will be some extra switches and warning lights, I´m gonna adjust the center console a little.
First in wood, to get some idea´s
    Something like this.

The passenger side out off 1mm stainless steel.

In place including the top side.

After ´bending´ the top piece it will be something like this.

    in the "project".

That´s right it was hot in the garage today, just a little over 100 Fahrenheit.

First attribute in place, winch control lock.
You never know with small and big children in a jeep toy.

    Have a nice vacation.

So it has been a while, but have done some minor things.
A month ago I was working on the center console, let's proceed.
Made 2 incab whinch control switches

Major thing however this week was, DS's are done.

I couldn't resist so last night I drove it on it's own engine power.
4 feet backwards and 2 feet up.
In 2 wheel drive, since the front pumpkin is still empty.
    Don't mind my big smile.

Next update will be quicker, I think.

I've got some 8" high plastic ones I got at Pep Boys. They work fine when trying to get a drive axle up, but not so hot on non-drive axles. I was trying to pull the ZJ up onto them once after blowing up the front d-shaft and part of the t-case, only had RWD. The fronts kept pushing the ramps, they wouldnt stay put, so I was trying to really ease the ZJ up them. Somehow or another I ended up shooting the rear ramps out from underneath the Jeep, out of the garage (door was open), and into the street. It was pretty badass.

Why didn't you just block them with a cinder block or something that was somewhat heavy. I would hope that you figured that out soon there after

They won't work well for low cars since the ramp is 38 degrees up.
They are only 4 ft long and 2 ft high approx.
Made just a pair for fine tuning on the suspension, seems to work out pretty wel.

    Quick enough?
Obvious had to try the front on the ramp also.
Got the ramp fixed too the ground to avoid it shooting away, so still in 2 wheel drive.
By the way, I'm a little over 6 ft, standing eye to eye with my left headlamp

Enough travel on the rear shocks

Coils are doing better then exspected

    Little dusty

    Detail

    The hydro assist still fit

    All for now

Guess one off the biggests lessons on this project is, to have all(or a lot) off the needed parts in storage before taking things a part.
So the actual build time will be a lot shorter.

I hear you but at the same time, gather parts can be a pain too. I've been gathering parts for my trans swap since Feb of this year.

Did you buy most your parts from the US or a mix?
