Saginaw Stearing Box Tap Hole Locations

Well after tapping my Stearing box i figured i would do a little write-up on where to tap the box. There seams to be a huge amount of write-ups on how to tap, but non go into great detail on where. With the exception of the few that are like " tap along this seam approximatly below this mark." or "Tap in the middle of this area."

So here ya go. All holes should be tapped with a 1/4" NPT tapered tap. You will need to purchase two taps. One to start the threading and another you will have to cut down for a bottoming tap.



The RED hole is powered when turning left. The BLUE hole is powered when turning right.
