Since the prices of bone stock fron d60 are expensive for what they are. I am thinking of building a front 60 using a rear 60 center section. Anyone have some links of who has done this? I will be using either crane or dendenbaer knuckels and inner c's.

One of the 4WD rags did a 2 or 3 part article on this a few months back. Either Petersen's or JP, I think.

From what I recall of the "Hazel" 60, the biggest thing was the axle seals. Rear 60's obviously don't have them in the pumpkin and aren't machined for them. They did figure out a source for some though, but I don't remember from who.
