Im SOO going to break something now.

I got my 5.9 today and Ive got a 262 Comp Cam on order with Mopar Performance Springs.

I lost 2 Cyl on the 5.2 and dont wanna bore and screw with it. This is going to be WAY more fun and cheaper !

    Pics to come...

I'm sure you already know this, but just incase you forgot (I know I forgot some stupid stuff) - don't neglect the motor mount under the transfer case. Its an easy one to forget about.

That one is still in good shape !

I sleeved my frame rails and built a Clayton like X Member. Today my front LAs go in as well.

I'll post some of mine when the camera gets back from the shop, to keep you from getting kraqa guts everywhere.

    Ok...

I sleeved the frame with 3/16" 4"x4" box/chopped. About 4 Plug Welds per side +welding the ends and top. I also use Galvinized Spray on the inside on the box and frame rails to prevent rust.

This is my version of LA,s
Clayton style Xmember, RC style Sleeve, and RE style arms.

    PURDY

True to form, I fled right out of the shop and into the creek for a "rough" test drive and it just soaks up terrian.

I worked till the cows (calves) came home today... and yes my PT105HD bender doubles as an ass scratcher for the calves.
