    depends on rim offset.

i bet with a 4.5" offset you could fit a 37x12.5 no prob.

i built it with 4.5" offset and 33x12.5 with planty of clearance.

a 37" would fit with the right wheel, my 33" has plenty of room and the biggest i plan on going with this thing is a 35". Until I get out of school that is.

Elliot the jeep is looking good, like the diff cover too . anyway i was deeply hurt and felt like clearing my name seeing as how puma soiled it on page one.

"The guy that bought my friends jeep decided that he didnt want it to be lifted/modded anymore for some reason so he parted out all the good stuff on it and I was able to snatch the bumper for about 1/2 of what it originally cost to be constructed. "

Im the chubby hippie in the pic trying to figure out why the hell the bumper won't line up the guy with the pimp necklace is suppose to be my friend brad and as you may guess puma would be the skate poser with the birdhouse shirt
My jeep is still active, I just spend more time wheeling it then I do flirting on the internet .

anyway ive hated on puma enough now and I feel better. next time you make a uwharrie/tellico trip hit me up if you still got my #, if not just pm me. peace out bitches
    -Dave

BTW- I love the rear bumper, but seeing as how we don't have the mudflap law here why don't you hack the flap mounts off?

dayum! dave, in wilmington there is actual stuff to do, in gboro theres nothing at all to do but be online, do homework, or go out drinking. I can't even work on my junk here b/c i live in an apt with pretty strict rules.

Anyway we should be making a tellico trip here pretty soon. Cam (ATLZJ) is still working out the dates, probably october-ish. I'll give you a call.

I am 95% on a trip october 15th.. however, the intent of that trip would be to run slickrock and some of the harder stuff, which I am probably the only one stupid enough to run in a daily driver.

The november 12th trip will cover more moderate trails, or possibly a combo of easy/hard if the october trip falls though.

found some time to get stuff done this weekend. First of all put a nice couple coats of hammered paint on the HP30 so its not KKK white anymore. Just needing miscellaneous hardware before I can shove it under there. With school and work I get about 10-12 wrenching hours a month, it sucks.

I also got the BTF diff cover bolted up, looks nice and will definatley take a beating. It looks close but I don't think there will be any interference with the trackbar or gas tank skid. Took some pictures next to the stock cover, no comparison.

After all that was done I decided to put in this stant 180* thermostat I've had sitting around for awhile. I'm convinced you can't get that lower bolt on the housing off without taking out the fan shroud. Maybe you can if you have tiny baby hands. It took a little maneuvering but got it all out and swapped in. Also I took the belt off to make things a little easier.

BTW no props to calling me? I was drunk and I still helped.

You should have just cut the top of the shroud off. Your 180* thermostat might make up for some of it, but that fucker is important in cooling, it sucks air off of the radiator.

    You can buy mine!

shit, drive to charlotte over fall break and i'll give it to you. I owe you for driving 200 miles at 3K rpms right? the top of mine is already broken from tilting the engine, so it wouldn't take much to finish it off. plus it has the belt routing sticker on it, which I would dearly miss!

I liked the original plate on Richard's "dixie stomper" which was DINTHEB now that was a classic, almost as good as "BALLABLOCKN"

Still needs a lot of work before it'll qualify for the redneck carshow and the chance to win a Jeff Gordon stocking...

    good times.

I think I'm ready for that auto-show. I got some prizes from my raffle ticket, a brand new XXL tweety bird t-shirt with cigarette ash already burnt into the sleeves, and yosemite sam "BACK OFF" mud flaps.
