When are we going to have a supporting member donation?

I am willing to give a donation like our local az board does. 15 bucks a year gets me a star and photo posting privledges. When are we going to implement a star program here? I am willing to get my donation on.

When 2 things happen:

first When I find the time to upgrade to vbb (this software won't allow us to do member star status or uploads for only certain groups, infact upgrades at all are a hack and flakey at that

and 2nd: Dave and I need to figure out certain legal things...
