I can bring my buggy right??? Anyone have a problem with it?
I am probaby going to be driving out from Boulder, CO. Not a huge drive of course but if anyone wants to meet and drive out together, or wants a ride, I'm down. Shoot me an email or something
whats the word on registering....do we need to or just show up at the appointed time. Also, this will be my first GS so what are some "must haves" like CBs, spare parts etc. Sorry for the noob style Qs
There will be a web page and registration announcement made in the future. For now you can search here and at NAGCA. Look at the old posts for the GSW forum and you will find tons of info. BigDave may even be able to chime in with some basic requirements.Originally Posted by Matt B

All the basic information here as well as the registration, once it opens.
Is there camping or do you have to book hotels? Hopefully coming down from Canada so I gotta figure out what to budget for.
Yes, you can camp either in a campground or out in the middle of nowhere. Quite a few people camp.

Corey, what is the most common? I would like to meet and socialize with everyone too.Originally Posted by JpRngr
I would recommend one of the campgrounds in town. There are a number of different ones available. The only one I've personally stayed at was Canyonlands and it was pretty decent and was real close to the staging area. Check out this link, there are a bunch listed on it.

For the people who want to sleep indoors, where will you guys be staying?
The 35s are coming off for the moment and the 32s are going back on...I think my lift is only about 5" right now cuz the 35s rub like bastards even at moderate flex...plus the blazer is about to be alive again and i need the 35s for it..

The Redstone is where most stayed last year. The wife had to have the twins on the Tuesday prior....dang.

I Posted the Redstone Inn link on the other thread.
They are very helpful.
