I am going to cut the fenders off eventually but I figured it was a good idea in the time being.
Chad
Mudded up the front fenders and rear roof area:
Trimmed lined the rear window area and roof:
Thickend up the rockers:
Trimmed lined the front cowl area:
Cut out the driver side rear seat to make room for the new tool box and tacked the caps on the 30 shafts to hopefully make it through the next few months:
now all you need to do is turn the flash on your camera.
nice work.
It is. Need to actually turn it off. There is enough light in the garage. Flash from camera washes it out.Originally Posted by Kraqa

Hard Core stuff; wire guide for the winch controller cable.
Added a d piler spreader. Need to order up a fuel cell. I have a super cool idea for the fuel cell girdle. Then I can put in the V brace in the back........
Removed the windshield, moved the tool box and gutted the AC. I will be doing a V brace and cowl spreader in the next few weeks. Have to take the jeep to a friend's house to get some help on the cowl spreader because I anticpate 7 bends on 3 axis'. A little beyond my skill set.

Picked it up from the coke store in vegas.
i'm puttign one of those fancy BTF openers on both sides.
Hey Chad,
What rear disc setup are you running? How do those brackets mount?
Not sure what brackets they are. Nathaniel had them on there when he gave me the axle. Have't had the opportunity to investagate yet. They mount to the existing flange for the drum brake backer though.

Used my PRP gift cert I won at GSSW and got a few goodies:
Top two are tool bags that can be strapped down. The bottom three are what they call a buggy bag. They have two velcro straps attached so they can be strapped around a roll cage tube.

My sister's YJ has a John Deere bottle opener! its under the driver tail light, the cops always look twice at it...It's so redneck...
Thickened up the radiator crossmember:
One more:
Got a new trailer. My last two weekends I have been doing some things that they don't do when you buy them new. Like painting the underside, wraping the wires, welding on a spare tire carrier, sealing the deck, welding on some D rings, welding on some tail markers and putting in some wheel stops for loading. On to the pics:
