LOL nice work Chad! I have a bent Johnny joing on one of my rear lowers, I just said eff it and put it back in until I see worse. The jam nut was tight on mine too.

Did you put it back together for wheeling?

Better fix it quick! I am rebuilding the entire suspension on my rig to go out this weekend. Call me if you need me to get you one.

Upon removal, yes, because I used a lever on the joint to remove. I am betting it was bent when the nut was loose and I tightened it not realizing it was bent.

At least it bent and not broke.

This one was a front lower. Water in the tires is rough on parts.

I just have to keep an eye on the jam nuts.

No, I ordered some new housings from Currie.

Let's say Sunday for now. I have some family in town and it is sounding like they want Saturday.

Yeah, GSW is in June. A friend and I are going to build a setup. He has some extensive experience with turbos and diesels.

Are you going to do a remote mount system like STS does? They have a lot of success with that, and don't have to mess with custom headers etc.. http://www.ststurbo.com/

I am planning on a T3T4 with an internal wastegate plummed in a traditional fashion. With luck I can get the turbo for less than 200 dollars.

There are some decent XJ kits on ebay for 400 dollars. I have to be cheaper than that.

My suspension and engine cage are going to make this interesting.

This won't be done before GSW. I just enrolled in a certification program for some health care IT work that ends the same time as my masters program in May. GSW will be a good gift to myself.
