Cleaned up the frame rails and cleaned up the cuts into the inner fender. Bending tube sometime this week.

    Anyone see what is wrong?

I guess I will gusset the back side, two on each side and hope for the best. Did I say how much I HATE single ended rams. Double ended are a much better option, if you have room for it. Which I don't without a rework of the upper arms and ditching the panhard.

I am up to eight pounds, and haven't removed the stuff behind the front seats. I am guessing 16 pounds in total when I am done. Not too bad.

As described on the TEVA website:
The Omnium Men's Sport Sandal is versatile enough for all of your adventures, as it provides additional coverage for protection, quick-drying materials to keep you comfortable and Teva-tested Spider Rubber® to keep you on your feet. This shoe is great for water activities such as canoeing, river rafting, sit on top kayaking, amphibious hiking, metal fabrication and Buggy scraping purposes.

I do metal fabrication in "equally unfit for working in the garage Asics running shoes." They are old shoes that I retired from my running shoe stable.

That's just because most shoes are more plastic than fabric. Plastic tends to just melt with weld splatter. Fabric lights on fire *speaks from experience when I lit the inside of my jeep on fire*

Honestly the sound level difference in both the WJ and XJ was pretty negligable esp once the bedliner is sprayed in. I HATE carpet.

    Springs came today.

Started welding up the final hoops. The driver will be removeable incase the brake booster needs to come out.

Weld washers on the upper tabs.

I wonder if I would have minded a 16" shock sticking through the hood? A little post cognitive dissonance I guess.
