Hi everyone, I'm considering swapping a XJ HP D30 into my 94 V8 ZJ, but I literally just replaced the unit bearings, axle shafts and brakes on my LP D30. Will these carry over to the XJ unit? I don't want to waste a bunch of money re-doing all this again.

If you swap the axles/bearings/brakes over all together they will most definitely fit. There are changes over the years with the offset from the bearing face to the knuckle face, plus differences on ABS vs non-ABS.

Also the ZJ D30 uses cam bolts on the axle side lower control arms to adjust caster, the XJ adjusts on the body side. When swapping in the HP D30 into the ZJ you'll loose that adjustment ability (unless you use adjustable control arms).
