Ford has had switches like that for a while, they call them Upfitter Switches, definitely a nice touch.
And the heated steering wheel is actually pretty sweet. My WK2 had one, as does my Infiniti. I never thought I would even want heated seats, let alone a heated steering wheel, and I use them both quite a bit now. When the lease on the Q50 is up I'm getting one of the new Super Duty trucks, it comes with cooled seats too.
