I'll start the annual "crap, GSW is almost here and my rigs not ready" thread.

So, what do you guys have on your list?

    mine is big.

    make rear lower arms
    bolt in rear end
    trim passenger side rear
    get tires
    weld and install front suspension
    f/r driveshafts
    roll cage
    engine cage
    radiator hoses
    wire e fan
    mount front coilovers
plate front and rear of unibody
full weld everything that's currently tacked
    figure out a headlight solution
    build exhaust

    You have a long list.

    Here's my "have-to" list:

    Re-wire trailer brakes
    Load ZJ on trailer
    Drive to Moab

    My "want-to" list:

Replace header panel and install fancy headlights from Rick
Drill out swaybar mounting bolt so I can re-attach swaybar
    Install Taurus Fan w/ controller
Replace front axle seals (again, not sure why they're leaking again already)
    Build rear storage compartment
Do a better job sealing the heater bypass hose on the water pump
    Fluid check

I guess that's one up-side to me breaking the ZJ so early in the season last year. It was all ready to go for GSW, didn't have time to break anything else, and I've already fixed most of the problems that showed up in Ouray.

dubj - that is a very long list. Is it any shorter from last year?

    My List
    - Help Tyler finish his rig. That list is long, but the work was started last fall.

    And
    - Replace my leaky power steering pump, replace my leaky radiator, replace all the A/C lines, install new headlights (why not the whole front end is taken apart) and install a transmission cooler
WJ, 4.7, Clayton's Front, Double Triangulated Rear, 231HD, HP44, 8.8, ARBs, TR Bumpers, Hydro Assist, 35's, Cage
    Lambo Doors - tweaked unibody

Holy crap there's just not enough time!

    Need to do:
    Get brakes working.
Fix leaks i.e. Oil pan, rear diff, t-case and anything else I find.
Replace/fix stripped screw on psc reservoir
Finish front end grill, lights pass fender etc.,
    Re-build trunk tool storage
    Tighten/shim psc ram ends

    Already done:
    Change front diff fluid
De-rust and repaint rear bumper, ca's rear axle, sliders etc
    Build new exhaust
    Repair rear brake line
    Tune CB

    Wish I could:
    New front selectable locker
    Rear coilovers
    New tires 37x12.5/17 maxxis creepys
    Inner cage
    Finnish rear fenders
    Yukon lockouts
    242 sye

And probably more but that's the main priority

All of that work you guys are doing stresses me out. I think I'll just go camping a few times to get ready.

I'll be camping the 4 days prior to meeting you guys, so if my kegs survive that long, then yes

If you're going to have a jockey box already . . . I might be able to bring a keg too.

I should have my jockey box, and I can pick up more ice in Green River. It's a 1 tap box though.

Just wrapped up the last of the work I needed to do on the rigs. Just need to pack a few more tools and load the ZJ on the trailer! This may be a record for the earliest I've ever been done.
