Electric Cooling Fan Relay

Help! Just bought a 1999 Grand Cherokee. The cooling fan doesn't work. I currently have it bypassed but really want to fix it right. Problem is, I don't know where it's located. Haynes manual says it's somewhere behind the right front fender but I can't find it. Help me please.

I didn't watch the video, but to get to mine I just pulled the headlight out and cut a small hole in the "floor" with a dremel. Pretty easy.
