So.. i was parting my transfercase from my transmission and one of the studs was so seized in the hole (i even heated it) it broke off one of the bolt holes on the transmission.. i had run with just 5 nuts on it for the last year but im upgrading to a 231/300 doubler and i want to make sure it doesnt break more .. i still have the piece that broke .. do i get it aluminum welded ?

Short of getting a new transmission that's your only option. Make sure the welder is good, and I'd test fit the transfer case to the transmission before putting it back under the vehicle to make sure it goes in smoothly.
