First off I do not have front doors with window switches anymore, so I can not hook the rear doors back up to the Jeep and simply lower the windows. When removing the front doors (they were trashed and I scraped them) it put the gap in the circuit for the master window switch.
I have my rear doors removed and starting to prep for paint, but am trying to figure out how to roll the windows down using a battery and leads. I have the Haynes manual with the wiring diagram and am still getting my ass kicked (reading electrical diagrams is not my strong point)
Anyone ever fooled around with this? I can get a complete circuit using the purple and brown wires that run to the window switch in the actual door, but does not lower the window. Not sure how to fool it into thinking the window lock switch is not activated.

Take the door panel off put power directly to the window motor if it tries to go up reverse the leads. I had to do that on my Toyota to get the window to go up because of a broken wire.
I have the panels removed already and have been using the plug that goes to the switch on the door. It gets a complete circuit because I used a test lamp as a lead to see. Are you saying just find the wires that come directly out of the motor and cut the insulation to hook leads up there?
Yes. That way you don't have to flirt with all the circuitry in the switch
So I found the plug for the motor, unhooked it. There are only two wires after the plug and they go straight into the motor. I put power to them both ways, it made a circuit but still not motor movement. Two wires were green and yellow if I recall correctly. I took a picture to post it but need to find my phone. Bought to just say screw it and tape over them for paint. Im debating removing all the glass from the Jeep anyway.
