    I have a 99 jeep cherokee with a 6.5 long arm kit the dealer wants to give 4k for it.. the WJ has 77k on it and is stock with one owner and has all service records from factory they want 9.5k for it 4.7 HO worth it?

    I'm gonna say no. I bought my '02 WJ 4.7HO with 68k on it two years ago and paid 7k for it.

    If it's an '04 and in absolutely perfect condition, I'd still talk them down a couple grand. It's a 10+ year old vehicle....

    I got mine for 5500 and it's an 02 with all service records it's in really good condition only downside is 177k miles

    That's a dealer premium price. If you want/must buy from a dealer expect to pay $8.5-9.5k. You could buy much cheaper on the private market. I have two 04's. One Laredo I bought 2.5 years ago for 6k with 69k miles and a limited I bought 1.5 years ago with 118k again for 6k.
