Simple as that, spitball some things you'd like to see built for the ZJ crowd, if it garners enough interest, I'll do my best to make it a reality.

First thing in my mind, a GOOD tire carrier that is independent of the rear bumper, being more affordable than buying a rear bumper /swing out combo, but not flimsy and gimmicky like the hitch mounted options.

I like the idea of a swing down tire carrier like Poison Spyder makes for TJs etc. I thought it would be good to spread the load out over a bigger area on both sides of the bumper. The issue I had with making one like that was that the PSC one has the upper mount on the body by the tail lights, and by unpinning it there it could swing down. I couldn't figure out where to position that upper mount and have it look good and not tear the body all to hell from bouncing and vibration. But, if it was combined it with your rear quarter protection, that just may work.

    Just throwing out an idea.

    This!

I wish I still had my old ZJ, but the replacement WJ definitely needs new F/R bumpers.

something like this AWESOME photo chop haha.

I figure you have already figured out the hard parts like the top roll of the plate to match the body near the windows and mounting the rail.....

So I would think that the only thing different would be to cut a hole for the door handle and adjusting the length of the panel and the tube to match the panel and your done =)
    possible?!?!?!

I have been waiting YEARS since KOZ first made these panels to get a set of my own, and things just have not worked out to be able to make them myself, so how about I throw some money your way and you make them since you are so close to having them done already?!?!?!?
    thanks!

Totally doable, although I bet there wont be a high demand for them. If you are serious about wanting some, I can definitely make it happen.

I have wanted some of these since 2006 when I first saw them on the KOZ ZJ. I emailed them back and forth with no results other than broken promises. yes I'm sure these will be a fairly low volume request, but I'm sure you will get more takers than you might think especially after posting pics of the final product installed with writeup or at least pics to pimp your products.

    as for being serious.....

we can move this to PM's and talk $$ and timelines etc. I'll be glad to write it up and take pics of the install. was going to prime the shit outta them then Plastidip them for the color.
thanks for even considering to make some

I need a solution to mounting my RTT on the ZJ. Thinking a flat platform rack and have found a few ways to accomplish this.

The arched roofline is my issue, i need 4 crossbars under the RTT to prevent bowing in the center (72" width).. a Thule type setup wont provide this.

If you have an interest in providing the "vertical" pieces from roofline to tube in the pic attached drop me a PM. I would need these to be flush and level to attach tube to to finish the platform.
