So my fan relay is bad on my WJ. I try to find it and and had to go to the manual to find where its located. Turns out its below the passenger headlamp, normally not a big deal but the headlamp bucket/grill support covers it up on top and body structure underneath. Manual says remove grill and structure behind it. Well I says use a hole saw and drill through the light bucket and reach from the top. Make a quick easy fix to what would have been a stupid amount of work. For the life of me I cant fathom why it was located there.

Rant over cuz I had a quick solution and with the headlight put back in place you will never know the difference.

    Yup, that's it.

I had to drill three holes to find the exact location. Wish I had seen that before. Oh well. Never see the holes with the light put back into place.
