Is there a reason you alternated the placement of the skin? (Center and wings have it on the outside, sides have it on the inside.)
Yes the outer area with the inset will have lights and is made from thinner material to keep weight down so being inset to use the tube for impact as where the center and outer corners(wings!) I used 1/4" plate as they will take most of the hits.
Also the very bottom "bar" in front of the radiator support is 1/4" Dom where the other tube is .120 wall
My hope was to have something extremely protective without weighing a ton while keeping the approach angle down.

So dumb WJnewb question but are those stock isolators or 2"bb spacers?
And goofing off I just tried the 35s on for size and it just about fit!!!

Bump... Anybody?
Yes that rubber is the isolator, that 2" plastic part is the 2" BB. As far as max tire size for a BB lift, JU is your friend. 😃
Buy a JK 😃 LOL

...or a Honda![]()
I installed the spartan and 44a diff skid plate that I recently picked up from fluxcap and everything turned out well so far!
A little closer to a trail rig...
I have had the spartan in for few runs to town and it still hooks up without ratcheting especially when it's cold!
Is this normal?

I got the lights installed in the front bumper
At first cut the holes
Then put the lights on the jeep body so they are aim-able because of limited space
And "presto!"

looks good. i always hate hacing to cut holes after the fact on something that needs to be symmetrical.
Hated to do it that way but I can only work on it when I get a free moment at home!
And at the time when it was built I didn't know what lights I was going to use.
Looking good.
Another couple shots
And some pics of the inner bolting

The rear bumper project
cut the old hitch receiver out and used it for a base to build off of.
With way beefier brackets
Now I just have to get it done by grand slam!

Lookin good!
I know they're not the best but I got more done tonight!

And some paint for to keep from rusting.
Because Jeep.
