Body control module delete

Has anybody delete the body control module on there buggy?

Im trying to clean up all the unused wires and not sure if i can just unplug it.

I know the easy way would be just unplug it and see but i have a center console with starter, fuel pump, fan and main power switches with fuse block sitting on the bench. I have to finish up the wiring.

What I read is all u loose is power locks, windows and odometer, Nothing major, but just internet hearsay so I don't know for sure

IIRC you will loose your HVAC if you have the auto climate control.
