I ditched the AAM 10.5 rear diff for a 2011 GM14 bolt. I'm looking at gears and I see they make a thick type gear and I guess a regular one. How would I know what I have? Anyone have some insight or point me where I need to look? I'm new to the 14 bolt. On the good side, parts are everywhere for it! Unlike the AAM...

14 bolt break is at 4.56.. If you have 410 and want to go to 5.13 then you need another carrier or a thick cut gears.

The gears that are in it are 3.73. So that would mean I'd need thick gears only and no carrier?
