I've put in a request to reserve Pavilion #3. We'll have it Thurs night thru Sun morning. Here is a link to info on it:

There is enough room for everyone to camp at or around this pavilion if you want. The nightly rate is $70. We will take donations based on attendance numbers. You will still be required to pay the daily riding fees.

No, not ordering in. But there is a charcoal grill. When we are at GMP everyone usually has enough to share with the group and give us some variety.

How many grills are there if people want to cook multiple things at once?

There's a charcoal grill at the pavilion.. sometimes theres a propane one as well…sometimes.. I'll have my camp grill and stove as usual

was thinking about bringin yummy burgers but didnt wanna either leave someone out or spend too much.
I dont see Travis me or Seanzy in Pearce's last list, though maybe his list was just rigs

I think there will be a dozen plus. There are others also not on the list.

IMO if the number of attendees exceeds the number of meals it doesn't make sense for everyone to try to bring an entire meal for all attendees. Maybe a part of a meal but I wouldn't expect anyone to spend their whole life savings feeding an army.

I was also planning to bring some burgers and veggies to grill and share but I'm sure they won't be as yummy as yours...

I think cam's numbers are about right. There are a few that said they are coming now that i didnt post up. Bryan is out and Grant is still unknown. The only thing I didn't buy for was lunch, so if someone wants to grab some stuff that would help. I can also always save left overs, or cook hot dogs. haha


Also, at the request of GMP please bring your waivers filled out. You can download them from their website.
And the pavilion is PAID FOR. $210. I would appreciate some donations once we see how many show up. Thank You, Drive Thru
If anyone has folding tables that may be a good idea to bring. Or we could steel some from the other pavilions. Table space is a good thing to have.
Finally weather is looking fantastic!
