What company makes the front arms and all those brackets? I'll be putting AAM 9.25 and AAM 11.5 Axles under mine. I like the tri 4 link setup! How hard was it putting leaf springs in?

Its all custom made by my local fab shop. The front ca's are all dom and threaded inserts with creeper joints threaded on the ends. The mounts are custom made with a cnc machine. You could have a fab shop make them for you or try ballistic fabrication or blue torch fab. Im sure theres many more that make mounts for the AAM axles. I didnt do the leafs, a shop welded them in for me, but there very simple with the right mounts. They just ran them along the sub-frame rails and then matched up the perches on the axle.

Your front sway bar, looks like antirock brand. Did you have to mod that to fit your rig? BTW, very nice rig bud!

Thanks allen, yes the anti-rock has been modified to fit the wj. I think its a universal with a few bends.

ha ha, yea we give him a hard time about them but he swears by them. The funny thing is that he does almost every hard line without issues. lockers and 35"
thorn birds. I chalk it up to good driving i guess.

What did you use for door handles? They look pretty trick man! I'm starting my AAM11.5 rear swap this weekend. I'll take picks and wait till I get 100 posts then I'll post them. I'm not going hardcore with the install, just gonna mount brackets so I can use my lift a have currently. Money is a big factor with me going more hardcore for right now. Your rig looks good though! I like your cut doors and love the tri 4 link front. I'm jelly!!

I pulled the door handles off a durango rear door because they are recessed a little, i didnt want a bulky handle to bump my elbow on every time i turn my arm. But they dont work, when i put the doors on right before my last trip i found my angle or length of my latch rod is off so i made a quick push bar to open the door, you can't see it in any of the pics.

AAM11.5 sounds like a fun project, i think you can post pics already, I do with only 20 post. I go through photo bucket. Thant sounds like an interesting project to watch. What tire size do you plan on going with when the swap is done?

I took my new diff apart and its an AAM10.5 instead of 11.5... No biggie, its still has the same specs.. Tire size is up in the air. The lift I have is about 4" so 33's is all I can cram up in the fenders. So 33's will prob do for the time being. The new housing has to have 17" wheels, I bought the wheels already. Just plain stock dodge steel ones.

I finished welding up my skid plate tonight. Its not flat bellied, its level with my cross member and 2.25" below my frame stiffeners. And it gives me room to mount my air compressors on it.

We had some fun in the rain at an event to get us funding to build a better offroad park. It poured that day. I did the rock pile and tried to stay out of the mud. I have a video on youtube but I drove really slow because of the slick rocks and off camber parts near the end.
    These guys tried.

This guy had fun, he's the one that organized it.
I winched him up so he could drive out. It was cold and wet.
