This is what I plan on doing this year. I have a whole new Hexacoptor, GPS & Gopro3 Black set up. Might even have an FPV setup too. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6y-UQDZeaMs

If you didn't see what I did last year with the Glider.

Here are a couple of test vids I did last week with the new Gopro3 Black. I don't have a stabilized gimbal for it yet. It's on the way.

On this flight the Naza controler was fighting a good 12mph wind at 400' or so but it held it's own. All's I did was rotate the hex around.

This vid was the first out at Chatfield Res.

Holy cow. I remember my first time out there in 2004, I was so proud to even have a digital camera that was like 2 megapixles... How times have changed faster than ever

LOL, NO UFO reports for that night that I know of. Did pull in a couple guys from C470 though. You should see what the Hex looks like in the dark!!!. Great thing about it is that I can turn out the lights.

Those are cool vids - could use a little editing, but pretty cool. Can you safely mount UNDER the wing at a 5% down angle, so you see more of the vehicles for longer?

I'm not one to edit. However I will be with the new Hexicopter vids for this year.

As far as the Glider goes. I could move the little cam farther forward on the glider to see more ground. More prop would show. The nose slopes a bit.

Never tried putting in on the top of the wing away from the fuse. Would have to put equal weight on the other wing.

All mute though. I have a new plane to put a Gopro on but won't have time for Moab. Need to get the Hex setup still.
