New WJ front bumper design (non-winch)

I had a number of guys from South Africa (another forum) request a non-winch version of a WJ bumper. We are currently working out the details, but I thought I'd post up some pics of our prototype. The lower slotted portion will actually be angled back a few more inches to get it closer to the radiator. This one should provide the protection and the approach angle people have been asking for.

Any chance you might do or offer a DYI kit for this, a weld it yourself? Cut down on cost and shipping?

Any chance you could draw one up with more rounded lines, closer to the stock shape?
Something like this but without a winch?
I would like it wide enough to match up to the Bushwacker flares also..

I have a front winch mounted behind the stock bumper, so don't need any kind of extension.
All the aftermarket designs are too angular for the stock WJ lines.. to me anyhow!!

Yeah I see where you nicked it.. Did you go to morris mountain this past weekend?

I have an Iceland Offroad bumper on my old grand (03), its about to go up for sale and ive been kickin around the idea of putting the bumper my new grand (04) but I'm liking this option of building one myself a lot better. .
