I have about the same stuff. Got Mason Jar before the rain, then put the camera away. Then found out I didn't put it away enough and had to let it dry out the rest of the weekend. LOL

I had a few probs - had to get towed out of the trail system Saturday by Cam to replace an alternator and battery. Had a steam vent hose burst on the 5.3L. Also broke a front 2pc driveshaft cast pillow block bearing. I had a toolbox fall off the trailer likely somewhere in PA.

Shawn broke a rear steering axle shaft on Mason Jar. There may have been a few trailer tire blowouts to/from Evarts towin the Ftrucks.

Trey had all 8 lugnuts fall off the front left wheel while driving up the mountain trail, but luckily stopped before the wheel fell off. Being the first time securing aluminum wheels it was elected to put the Cobb-tite on them.

Benzie broke a front 231 output at the exit of LionsDen.

There were some fuel filter bugs to work out, one solution resulted in removal while another opted for a new filter/regulator assembly and a series of pumps.

Cobbie broke a spark plug boot while removing plugs after rolling over for the 2nd time on Crawfords Cry. An ipod fell out of Dolly the Clydesdale and got run over during the multiple launches up Lil Jagger but still worked enough to play 'King of the Bongo'. Note these latter 2 events occured between the hours of 1-3am ...

    Overall a good time!

    Good summary Simo.

I had a good trip overall but it's hard not to have fun wheeling. I had some very odd behavior from my rig with rpms returning to idle at (almost) WOT under load. We made some very good attempts to fix the problem on location but did not ever get it fixed. At this point I am almost certain it's either insufficient fuel flow or an error was made when my PCM was retuned before the trip. My lack of testing before the trip is something to learn from. I still had fun with the huge challenge of what felt like half a rig. Not counting testing in the parking lot, this was the first time in a long time I wheeled for 3 days without hearing a rev limiter. The bright side is the rig didn't have a chance of breaking itself. In general the carnage gods were kind to most.

Between us I think we ran about 90% of the trails Harlan has and we ran some half a dozen times. If I couldn't already run lower damnation in my sleep I can now.

MVP of the trip goes to dolly and cobby bobby rollover king of the bongo

Yeah I exploded one trailer tire about 30 minutes into my trip to Evarts on Thursday. After that it was pretty much smooth sailing for me. On Friday I broke that rear axle shaft though. Then it rained the rest of the day and was a winch fest for about 7 hrs. Someone said they got the breakage on video but I haven't seen it yet. I really just want to hear it since all I really heard was engine. Thanks to Trey and Benzie for letting me ride along after my breakage. That's a good shot you got of my jeep, Simo. I'll post up pics of the shaft remnants as soon as I get them uploaded. Here's the vids I got though:
