Mark your calendars! 16th Annual Grand Slam West in Moab is scheduled for June 6-9, 2013.
Well assuming I do not get laid off in January I am a coming. Been way too long. I have a ton of work to do to get ready including boat siding the Jeep... too much rust damage, no place left to hang the slider mounts. Hope to see you all there.
I booked an extra room at Redstone just in case, John.
Thanks bro. I miss the outdoors. Kyle has a job now so he may or may not be coming. Medical finance, cant ship that job overseas.
Does the Redstone Inn have a special rate for GSW participants?
Yours? Yes I would love to try some.
Time-off request filed. Depending on what happens December 21st and if I can manage to keep my Jeep together till June (running down zombies MAY be somewhat hazardous to at least cooling components) I hope to be there!
Can I bring a 6 month old baby? Perhaps limited to doing Fins and Things and cruising the strip for 5 days.
If I have a truck by then I will be there.
Got my room reserved at the Redstone! Looking forward to seeing some old friends!
Ha ha...long live the Trashcan beyotch!

I am planning on being there this year!

It's been so long since I've used the forums, I tried to "like" Chad's post!
I have been lurking here at Mallcrawlin for about 2 years. I migrated from JF because of the retards and such. Lots of mech. background and have been turning wrenches on my ZJ for the last 4yrs I have owned it. Wheeled it some but have DD'd it for a long time until now. Ok, now that I have rambled I will say I am coming from Portland,Or to GSW'13 and was wondering if there is anyone from this area that is planning on going. I am still going to go even if nobody caravans with me but as I haven't been to the event before it wouldn't hurt to know someone there (I am only a little less broke than my wheeling buddies who aren't likely going). Finally got another DD so the Heep is getting its due regard in the garage these last few weeks. Finally on 35's and functional. Could be and will be better set up but some suggestions on basics that are needed for most of the runs at MOAB would be nice. Especially considering it may be the first/last time i get to go. Thanks all, flame away lol.
Welcome aboard. We're much nicer in person and on the trails than we are on the forums so you'll make friends easily, unless you're a disrespectful jerk. Look forward to meeting you.
