This is what you need to make that Crossmember bulletproof and still vibration damping, it comes with everything and is made of 2.0" DOM with a .25" wall and .375 Flat Bottom Tabs for frame mounting (we can replace those with 1.75" or 2.0" Radius Tabs for tube mounting). It comes with grade 8, 9/16" bolts with Lock nuts, and a 1/4" Grease Zirk installed, 4 high quality Bushings, and an inner Sleeves Cadmium coated. We add the Grease Zirk so that you don't need to use greasable bolts, we think of greasable bolts simply as a weak link waiting to break (why would you want to drill a hole in a perfectly good bolt anyway?). They are 2.75" wide and are sold in pairs.

The first one here is for when you want the bushed sleeve to be part of the crossmember...

And here is a new variation, same price, more options for you This one makes the busing part of the chassis and you could simply cut off the tube cutout flat to add it to a flat sided frame...

We also sell the Bushed sleeves seperately with a grease zirk bushings and sleeve for $16.50, and this is .25 wall DOM, we can substitute 1.75" x .120 wall for $3 less...

FWIW, it's damping, not dampening. When you dampen something you get it wet. Sorry, just a big pet peeve of mine.
