Modifications include:
•NP231 transfer case swap
•Full K&N intake
•35x12.50 BFG KM2 with approximately 3k miles, 15x8 5 on 5.5 steel rock crawler wheels, tires are balanced with Airsoft BB’s and have no weights on the wheels
•HP Dana 44 from a ’79 F150, extended the factory arms using 2” quarter wall DOM, rebuildable flex joints, attached to a Clayton’s Off Road crossmember. Axle has chromoly shafts, 4.10 gears, Aussie locker, and Warn Premium hubs, Chevy over the knuckle steering, Iron Rock Off Road track bar and drop bracket, steering and track bar are parallel. 5.5” XJ front springs, 1” coil spacers, Bilstein shocks
•Factory rear AL44 axle, limited slip, 4.10 gears, 2” wheel spacers/bolt pattern adapters to match front full width and bolt pattern. Rubicon Express upper and lower Superflex arms, Rubicon Express 4.5” springs with 2” coil spacers, JKS rear adjustable track bar, Bilstein shocks
•ARB front bumper, currently housing a Mile Marker winch (Winch not included)
•Homemade rear bumper consisting of 3x5 quarter wall box steel, 2x4 quarter wall box steel, and 1/8” plate. Bumper is sleeved into the unibody for extra strength but can be removed easily in less than 30 minutes. It is also set up with brackets for a swingout tire carrier, but I haven’t completed the carrier.
•2x4 box steel rocker protection
•1/8” quarter panel protection
•Front fenders trimmed for clearance, finished with door edge molding
