So both front LCA bushing set are shot. No money for anything fancy so what is the best length lower control arms for F>R swap (4"). I have one source claim 16 3/4". Basically I am going to cut OEM (equivalent) LCA's and re-weld to correct length. Plenty of scrap steel and weld rod lying around. Also I am going to add my front axle strap (per previous thread via Cody).
The only other consideration is does an angle to the LCA really do anything useful? It is supposed to provide clearance but I am not real sure if I ever hit much there. I have homemade LCA bracket skids and those take a pounding. And the lower end of the LCA the sides are bent over so I will add some metal on the LCA to stiffen that area.
Hey, I have LCA's I just did what your looking to do but are 16.5, not 16 3/4. If your interested, let me know.

I'll try to get them this weekend. You can see a couple pics of them in my other post here in suspension, http://mallcrawlin.com/forum/showthr...n-after-1-week
