GSW Registration Reminder (Payments DUE May 20th!)

Just a reminder for those planning on going to GSW this year, while we don't need your waivers mailed in prior to the event, we do need to receive payment for registration, t-shirts, and banquet within the next month or so. If you want to send your waiver in with your payment, that's fine too, but it is not required this year.

Essentially yes. The site is still set up where we need the waiver before its fully confirmed, but if your rego fee is paid you are confirmed.

Well, just found out that my lease is actually up on June 9th....which means I'll be moving on Saturday and won't be able to make it down at all this year.

I am every year. I did reserve my campsite in advance though! Not staying under power lines this year!

Looks like we've got 23 people paid up for the event, and I know of a few more checks on the way as well. Don't forget the t-shirt order payments and pizza in the park are due as well. We have a LITTLE leeway on the pizza, but the sooner we know the real # of people that will be there the better for everybody involved.
