Hi I am James and I have been bit with the ZJ bug. I bought my first ZJ with a 4.0 in Aug of 2009 and then rolled it Nov 2011 at Naches WA. I bought a 5.2 limited the next week and the Yeti was born. I have lots of plans for the future for this rig, first thing will be a hybrid cage and rocker replacments.

The last run for ZJ #1

    ZJ #2 The Yeti.

Taking the old one to my friends house to tear it down.

It once was perfect and stock.

Few dents but still clean for a wheeler

How things can change so fast lol.

    Before

    After

I had to send my Tom Woods drive shafts out to be shorted and extended two inches since the V8 transmission is two inches shorter than the 42re in the 4.0 ZJ.

UPS lost my drive shafts and I ended up finding them a couple blocks down the street at the same house number but wrong street.

Got it all cleaned up and running, I still need to install my front bumper and do a little trimming but its coming along nice. Its sitting on a 6'' lift with 33'' MTRs powered by 4.88 gears and locked HPD30 front and Ford 8.8 rear all hooked up to a 242 with an SYE.

When I rolled my other jeep it shattered part of my 7" HID housing so I called rugged ridge to try and buy just the back half of the housing. After a couple weeks of trying to figure a way to get a new back half of the housing they ended up just sending me one at no charge. They told me to keep buying there products and that it's. The housing came with a new ballast glued in. It looks like the same hid kits I get from ddmtuning.com

I got a new intake and it came with a surprise of a throttle body spacer

The intake freed up some space so I mounted the charcoal filter there as well.

Got my bumper mounted up and replaced the smashed solenoid cover. Mile Marker sent me the wrong mount so I had to reuse the bent one for the time being.

Clean. Now would be the time for some sliders to keep it that way!
