    Must do before GSW:
    - Replace ball joints - DONE
    - Reinstall bumper - DONE
    - Remount and balance spare (destroyed rim at last year's GSW) - DONE
    - Buy new Oh-Sh*t handle or make better design
    - Find draw on battery
    - Check CA bushings - DONE (good enough)

Would LIKE to do before GSW:
    - Repaint Sliderz
    - Install Rock Lights (assuming they come from Hong Kong in time) - Lights have arrived, just need to install!!

Oh, and it'd be** REALLY** nice if I could pass SOA (Society of Actuaries) Exam 1 in a week and a half....... - PASSED!!!!!!!!

Hoping to be at the welder this weekend to button up the rear Claytons, I should have the holes drilled and tapped before then

I'm thinking I might have a shop do my right rear wheel bearing. I suck with a slide hammer.

Got the JCR steering installed today, still need to do a driveway alignment. And the balljoints are loose too. May or may not do anything about those.

Fricking CB mount fell off. Need to add that to the list. It's the little things that piss me off.

I've got a replacement shock ordered for the rear - the drivers side puked after an easy run on Cleghorn weekend before last. Apparently, Bilstein has a problem with seals. Also need to paint and re-install my roof rack with new SS hardware (rust from the std hdwe started eating into the clearcote on the roof, so I took it off). But I didn't like the smell I had last year of 90wt all day with the Rubbermaid containers inside, so those have to go back on top. Then move the cb antenna mount back up to the rack; mounted on the tire carrier doesn't give me as much distance.

Bump for a Venue update from the Information Site: Meet & Greet and Pizza in the Park are at the Rotary Park this year, Cody was able to reserve it way ahead of time and I missed the information. It should be correct now and one more thing off of the other to-do list.

Yep, they puke oil and turn to mush. I have lost count of how many Bilsteins I have gone through. Sometimes they warranty them, sometimes they don't.

I got fed up and replaced all of them with ProComp ES9000 gas shocks. Don't laugh. They are stiffer then the Bilsteins, but I like them and they are cheap.

I hane used Ranchos for a long time and really like my 9000's and have not had any needing warranty replacement.

I hated my Rancho 9000s and love my MX-6s.

Trans is fixed! I am skipping the long arms and going with short arms this year. I have my abs out, I am putting it together tonight. Tabs for my rear shocks are on order. I am so pumped this year!

Justin were you in Broomfield yesterday, on 126th? It looked your rig drove past my house.

Well, as long as I can warranty them as I did with this one today, I probably won't switch. John @ All4WheelDrive in Corona said he's warrantied 3 in the past couple of months. But I'll keep the ProComps in mind.

Claytons are done - rocking the open cat right now, I need to get into the shop to have the muffler I got from Scott put in with a turndown.

LOL yeah, during the comp. I only took out the windshield. The rock race (against my brother) took out my track-bar and my driver side front Bilstein shock.

Shouldn't be too much to fix. I may or may not have a lexan windshield in by then.

33's on and new rear rotors, much better braking and I should have replaced them last year when I did pads.
Still need to replace the rear locker switch
    Tweak front bumper mount
Swap thermostat - 180 is too cool
    Lube front drive shaft
    Hook up CB
Gather spares and I think I am really close

Skip the muffler. Weight savings and it will sound better.

I already have one on there, and a couple weekends ago I built my own exhaust out the back. I have replaced a constant loud noise (turndown after muffler) with a quieter ride, except when between 1900-2500 RPM's and anytime I accelerate, I have this higher pitched noise that kills me. I have added insulation (Jegs branded Dynomat) along the path of my exhaust (helped) - but it is still an annoying noise. I want to make my Jeep tolerable to drive - not set off car alarms when I start it up. </rant>
