IRO OTK Steering
bad choice of jackstands, but good thing the woman likes to work on your pile too.
installed the IRO OTK today and man is this stuff beefy and its rides and steers nice and tight again!
Please note these were taken prior to final tightening and adding of the second nut on each bolt during the locktite process.
From what i read yes but I could be wrong so anyone on here feel free to chime in.
It drives fine as is but i would like to fix it if its in there wrong
Your bolts are upside down.
Bolts are on right... atleast that is how the instructions say to install them.
Mil spec> IRO.
^ This.
Also, wouldn't the drag link be better to bolt to the top of the knuckle and the tie-rod flipped around and bolted to the bottom? Then the heims wouldn't be out of phase.....
This guy did it that way.

Then you would have to raise the axle-side track bar mount, defeating the "bolt-on" setup. edit: Or run a dropped track bar mount at the frame/ flatter pitman arm/ put the drag link on top of the pitman arm (all potentially creating other issues). But yeah, it would be better, just like fewer/no bends would be better.
The bends make everything look funky. The bent tie rod is rotated forward and down, which is pulling the heims out of phase. Loosen the jam nuts, rotate the tie rod up and back, and tighten them back down. That will put everything where it "should" be after the misalignment in the heims is taken up.
