How has the currie upper front joint holding up with that setup?? I have been thinking I will go with that setup once these bushings die.

Got the ZJ washer bottle installed and updated my rear tire carrier to hold the bigger tire and my high lift.

Washer pics, bumper pics to come later.

Looks like you have enough room to mount the lights UNDER the square tube. Might evade a few more limbs that way.

I wonder what the GVWR of that WJ is.. Maybe we should ask Tyler.

Seriously though that thing has got be getting pig ass heavy at this point. IIRC curb weight of a WJ is like 4400lbs. What kind of mileage are you getting?

Watchin the build. At first I thought the rear bumper was overkill and a little awkward BUT with the bigger tires and lift, it seems much more "at home" now. Great job!!! Keep it up

not sure the weight, probably 600 or 700 pounds heavier, the box in the rear is only there when I go wheeling. I carry the factory spare on the bumper when not wheeling as well so that saves a few on the road. Gas mileage I am calculating, it was about 15 before I did a new fuel filter and that seems to have raised it some, thinking maybe 17 now if I keep my foot out of it.

Thanks I always thought the scale of the rear bumper matched well with the front ARB bumper. The 35s really make it look different. Now time to get it on the ramp and do some trimming so I can wheel it again, just have to find the time to do it.

Have not had time to get it out and wheel. Still need to do some trimming. I am thinking of tieing the front and rear bumpers to the sliders with Dom that follows the fender clines to serve as rub rails for on the trail. May eventually lead to a full exo. Who knows?

Have not moved the lights. There is not enough space underneath. Couldove to the front but I think it will increase glare off the roof and hood.

cool poser pics. I like the tube work you did around the fenders. You got extra points for making it a bolted flange on the bumpers incase you need to remove the bumper!! Nice work

For the tubes you talking behind the aux lights in the bumper? If so then now I just used a hole saw to make two 2.25" holes and then welded tabs to the inside of the bumper to mount the lights on.

What do you all think, my axle was hitting the tank after I stretched the wheelbase a little so I had to do it.

Had my knuckles rotated and my spring pads flattened out on my front axle. Added 4.5" IRO springs and Bilstein shocks, 5100s on the front and 5125s on the rear.
