Wired up some old fog lights to the low beams last night. Planning to finish the rest of the lighting over the weekend. Gotta rewire the brakes on the trailer, too, because they got pinched and they ripped in half inspecting them when I was getting my tires changed. I guess that's why my brakes haven't been working (well) for the last couple trips!

Finished fabbing up the new track bar bracket last night. So all i need to do is mount it and put a final weld on it. I gained another 1 1/2" of up travel before it smacks my truss.

Also I forgot I need to remove the lug nut stud that I was using to replace the bolt that fell out of my rear caliper on the last trip.

Don't have alot to do here.

Replace inner and outer driver front axle shaft.

    replace lockright in the front.

replace a rear control arm joint.

Install my aw4 manual shifter(fried my old one so built this one from scratch)

then just go over everything seeing it has been sitting in the yard since Feb.

Update: I've just got the easy stuff now. I did have to replace the Cranshaft positioning sensor again. It was my fault. I some how pinched the wire when I raised the crossmember and trans back in place. No biggie though. I'm a seasoned pro at it now. only took 10 minutes.

    - lower it down about 2" front and rear Done!
    - replace the bulbs in my gay assed ProComp 130's
    - move the welder, generator, air compressor on to the gooseneck
    - finish my skidplate
    - pack my spares and tools in the jeep
I'm still waiting on the inexpensive shit to break!!!

Rewired the brakes tonight. They are engaging again, but they aren't as strong as I would like them. After some reading, it might be a bad ground.

    my checklist..

    build wills rig

    build cobbies rig

    for my rig

wire up brake, tail and headlights
install thermostatic relay for my efan.. (apparently im not smart enought to turn on my fan every time i start the rig...)
replace creek water in my cooling system with antifreeze and clean water..
install bypass hose for my now non-existant heater core
replace broken front center limit strap

i wanted to tear out my rear upper tri-link arm in favor of triangulated uppers but im not gonna have time for that after building 2 other rigs between now and then..

    Updated list:
    1) Fix leaky valve stem (I think it's being pinched by the internal beadlocks, so I need to break the bead and adjust the beadlock to hopefully fix it). If I can't do that, I'm probably going to need to borrow some air in the mornings to get it back up.

    2) Wire rear lights

    3) Fix whatever I break this Sunday wheeling it.

I think he meant if you could round up a trailer capable of holding two Jeeps he could drag you down to Harlan. Slim, correct me if I'm wrong.

I have not registered or anything yet because I'm not sure I'm gonna make this trip.

List of that parts that I'm waiting on.

Reid knuckles (both stock 60 knuckles are broken)
    RCI fuel tank

And I gotta relocate my upper 3rd link on the front.

And Re-weld a broken link bracket.

Yeah I'm back in town, I excpect the parts to be here sometime late next week. But the biggest theing is relocating my 3rd link. I'm kinda busy with work not sure I will have time to work on it before GSSE.
