Wow, It's been over a month since sombody posted a trip report in this forum. Is anybody out there wheeling?
We had a club camp-n-wheel this weekend on some private land in Southern NH. It was another one for the record books. Carnage on Saturday included 3 snapped axle shafts, broken ball joints, popped bead, severely bent tie rod, broken leaf spring mount, and broken leaf spring. Here's the footage:

Hi Eric, I met you and daughter at the fall crawl last year. I'm on trail # 10 this year. What trail are you on?
There was only 3 of us there. We only wheeled from 11:30 to 3:30. I wish you would not post the name of the town. Thats how my club lost our private land a few years ago. Somebody posted it on line and everybody and thier brother showed up and trashed the place. I have spent a lot of hours cutting those trails and I would hate to lose them too.
Crazy Mike.
I edited the name out. But note that the town name is also listed on the NEA4WD web site. I understand the rationale behind being secretive but it does not make any difference in the end. If we want to prevent trespassing then we will need to install gates.
Thanks.
Only registered members have access to that info. on the NEA site.
You are right about the gates.
