Is anyone staying in Sand Flats campground? We're towing my Jeep out with the Silverado and bringing a motor home and a friend recommended we stay in Sand Flats because it's beautiful and has room for all our shit; but I'm not sure how close it is to where everyone meets and what not.

You might want to check to make sure you can bring a camper in there, I only recall seeing tent sites but I could be completely wrong.

You can take trailers and motorhomes and stuff up there. It's only 5-10 minutes from town. I've spent plenty of time up there.
