I've got to add a rear sway bar (from a TJ) and move the rear axle back a bit. If I find time, maybe I'll add a 1/2 cage (B&C pillars). I've given up on having my 1/2 TJ trailer done in time, but that's not a biggie since I'm only camping 2 nights (prior to GSW).

Ugh. Well I don't have much of a list for GSW....but I definitely have a list. I'm so busy with trips before that, I have to have my list done quite a bit sooner. My list of upcoming trips is:

Old School Rock Crawl Competition, May 13-15
Memorial Weekend Moab trip w/ Family, May 28-31
    GSW, June 2-6
    Moab w/ friends, June 17-20

I basically have 1 weekend to get everything below done for the OSRC. Then if I break anything, I only have 1 weekend in between to fix that. I'm going to take it easy Memorial weekend so that I can just leave the ZJ down in Moab for a few days between that trip and GSW.

    -Tie roll-cage into unibody
    -Install engine kill switch
-Door bars to tie C pillar to B pillar and B pillar to A pillar on the cage
    -Rear window nets
-New tranny gasket so it stops leaking
-Lengthen rear coil posts and relocate rear limiting straps to allow ~2" more droop
-Clean some sensors (Mass Air Flow) so my Jeep stops dying and idling so low
-Make ZJ look pretty again...touch up paint.

I'm sure more will come up...but I really hope that's all.

I am not doing a single thing. It is in the exact same condition it was last GSW. Well, rotate & balance the tires and an alignment but that is it I think. No money to do anything

First off Tyler, there is a trip conspicuously missing between OSRCC and Memorial.

Second, I have a list, but it's hard to say if I'll get any of it done. Jeep is in wheelin condition as is, but could use some help...

    change oil
    new rear shocks
    clean/paint sliders (ya right)
    top off diffs/tranny

I'm getting dangerously close to needing new tires, but there is no way I can swing them in time so I'll just have to make do.

I get back to Colorado on May 6th between then and GSW I have to:

Install IRO 5.5" adjustable long arm Lift kit with .75" spacers
    Build and install Sliders
    Build and install front bumper
If the bumper doesn't get done at least install front tow hooks
Install lock rite in the 35 ( dont start with me about the turdy five...until I can upgrade the axles i cant put 35's on it, so for now im running the 33's and locking the 35 is better than nothing for this year)

    I think thats everything

Hoping to be able to get the front half of my Claytons on - not enough cash for the exhaust work for the rear.
    Clean and paint sliders
    Diffs/TC fluid changes
Check the fluids inventory, spares inventory
Do some wiring on the trailer so the lights and brakes work better

    In order of importance:
    - Hook up lockers
    - Have some 1/4" wheel spacers made
    - Notch the frame in front so the arms clear
    - Fix the exhaust
    - Hook up e-brake cables
    - Move the goddamn washer bottle from the wheel well already.

That's about all I can think of as far as necessities.

-Purchase spare drive shaft so Dave does not have to trailer my rig off the trail

-Just installed new bumper and replaced springs, installed bilstein shocks(used kevin's offroad for purchase for being a sponsor) and upper ball joints.
    -Purchased Poly Performance air tank.

All my credit card could handle

Change transmission fluid and filter - Done
Add diff friction modifier f/r - Both done
Change spark plugs - Not done
    Clean Air Filter - Done
    Organize Spares - Done
Touch-up sanding and paint on the sliders - Done
Fix skidplate: Had to cut off bolt heads since the nutserts started spinning and I had to change the transmission mount - Done
Replace rear locker switch - Not done, but testing worked
Installed spring retainers 1.2 years later... - Done
Change speedometer gear - I'll do it on Friday probably. Found a 36 tooth one.

    Post GSW
    Install SYE transfercase
Get correct length drive rear drive shaft

Overall, not too bad, just limited time to get stuff done

Gotta add EGR valve to my list...I put up with the engine code and low idle/dying for about a year since the new EGR valve is $70 and it only died 2-3 times a trip. However, last time out it died 10+ times, and I can't have that happening in the competition!

I plan on getting everything done this weekend since I'm done with finals Thursday. We'll see how it all goes...

    - Re-weld rear bumper, where I cracked it a couple of years ago.
    - Finish cleaning paint of mag wheel I bought from John and replace the rim that I cracked just before the bumper.
    - Front and rear anti-sway bars. (tired of the "tippy bitch feeling")
    - All fluids.
    - I'm sure I'll find something else before I'm done.

I am at 500 miles on the stroker, I need to long arm and install the 8.8, sye for the 242 or find a 231 with it, buy an Aussie, maybe get the front bumper done to install my winch, that is last on the list. Plus all the little crap, grease bushings, tighten bolts and so on.
