Nope, sorry, that didn't say wet t-shirt contest
We've considered doing T shirts in the past, and this year we're finally caving to popular demand. We are going to let you submit your designs for the first-ever GSSE tshirt and then let you vote on a winner. What's in it for you? Besides the glory of winning of course... The winner of the contest will receive a free t-shirt, to be claimed at the event. Sorry west coasters, if you want your prize, you've got to make the drive.
Submit your design in any format by posting a pic in this thread. Here's an example (note that this year's event will actually be the 8th annual). We'll also be looking for a volunteer to be our t-shirt expert- basically to take the winning design and make sure the shirts get printed at a decent cost. If you have experience with that, post up or send me a PM.
Submission deadline is May 1, 2010 and voting will begin soon after.
Cam,
We have the guy that makes the ones for the shop. And a friend of my moms owns a tshirt shop here in bristol. Once we get a design i can get some prices.

Mall Crawlin' Right?
What about using something that is more of an outline of a ZJ/WJ instead of using an actual pic? That's what they did for the "Pirate Unibody Run" last year (well, it was a XJ). Would probably be cheaper anyways since it will keep the number of colors downl.
Any more submissions?
Yep, only about 3 more weeks to post your entries...
also, anyone interested in being our tshirt guy, please PM me.
I'm going to submit one tonight. I have never been to or heard of Grand Slam until today but these designs so far are terrible. It's only two hours away too. Maybe i'll pay yall a visit this year.
Cam -- I might have a hookup for t-shirts. Check your PMs.
I'm a big fan of "stick figure" type drawings that you can still discern the type of vehicle but isn't overly complex. Simple and probably cheaper because of fewer colors, too. But I'm an engineer, not an artist -- so I'll just take whatever I can get
"Shrink your e-cawk, douchebag." Thanks to whoever wrote that.....MallCrawlin. The only decent ZJ tech forum. Unfortunately almost no moderator control so people are constant assholes just because they can be.......
I'm workin on the damn design. Ill submit when i feel like it.
