WOW. Ryan that is some damn fine work there. Not much else to be said. Jealous for sure!
Looks great man!
Nice work! When you planning to make it back up to crozet?
Thanks guys.
Yeah, the bolt on truss was a PITA. I wanted to make the diff cover removeable with the truss on so that took some work and I had to redrill/tap one of the diff cover bolts and cut a hole in the truss top plate to access the bolt.
Not sure about that top bolt - hadn't had to remove it yet. I'm pretty sure if I just remove the exhaust hanger I'll be able to get it out.
Magnaflow high flow cat and Hushpower muffler. Sounds good...... IMO. Clearance is the reason I went with the Hushpwer over my old Flowmaster.
Not sure when I'll be headed up to Crozet with my Jeep again. Next time might just be riding shot-gun in Stu's MJ.
Sick! I like how you braked the stiffener to follow the contour on the rail. Its the little things..
I dunno how I feel about the upper bracket but I am sure it will hold up. Looks good!
Damn Ryan, all the new work is GREAT looking! Extremely clean and uniform, and I like how you went the extra mile for the uptravel
It's the little things that take all the time too. And I know you know this! Thanks man.
I have thought about making a skid that goes from the t-case crossmember to the mounts to strengthen everything and tie it all together. I did take a look at everything after the first time out and nothing seemed to be flexing - enough to leave any evidence anyway.

Dont even know if you still have this guy... but do you have any details/pictures on your rear bumper? I've got to start fabbing a bunch when exams are done in the next couple weeks. Looking through here for some designs and just noticed yours for the first time for some reason. Really like the smaller tucked up look it has.
Pretty sure he sold it but he probably still has a lot of pics.
I've got a notebook in the garage with measurements in it. I should have the WMS. I'll take a look tomorrow evening.
Damnit, when I saw Ryan had bumped this thread, I thought "hell yeah, he is buying it back!"
I'd appreciate it. Thanks.
Sorry dude, I have a bunch of measurements but no WMS-WMS. If it helps I have written down that the WMS to the weld on the inner C was just 10.25". I have a few other odd measurements as well.
I do remember going for about 65" as well. Not sure if I nailed it though. Not much help.
Haha, no worries. That's at least the ball park I was aiming for. Just eyeballing photos of yours, it looks very similar to the silver jeep.
This build is amazing , your ability to keep the look of the Jeep as clean as you did is great .. I look forward to your future work ..
You may be waiting a while.
At least for this rig. Ryan sold this one a while back.
