    My '93 V8 ZJ with front winch, rear bumper tire carrier/winch, 36" BIAS Iroks(with spare), D60 rear and D44 front with Claytons long arm, loaded with tools and me in it comes in at 5500#.
    1998 5.9er, 6" Claytons Long arm, D30(elocker), Rubi D44 rear, TJ Addco rear sway bar, WJ knuckles/brakes, 4.10s, 33s, 9.5ti

    Oh and St. George is great John.....although I've dented my oil pan into the bottom of the crank so I've got a sweet knocking sound now. It's all good though because since I finished my other boatside I'm sure the GVWR is down another 150lbs.

    What sort of coolant will you use to handle -150C and +100C temperatures? Not to mention the rest of the fluids and materials in the vehicle...
